Potassium (Enzymatic) Assay Product Literature
The assay shows virtually no affect by the following interfering substances at indicated concentrations: Na+ 200 mM, NH4+ 0.5 mM, Ca2+ 5.0 mM, Mg2+ 5.0 mM, ascorbic acid 5.0 mM, and bilirubin 10 mg/dL, 1.5 mM Pi, 0.25 mM CuCl2, and 5 mM glucose. The assay has a linearity range from 2- 8 mM. Within precision percentage CVs are 3.2 percentage and 3.0 percentage for 4.4 mM and 6.4 mM potassium serum samples, respectively.
