PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
Analytical Range: 0-900 IU/L
For Alkaline Phosphatase analyte by Alkaline Phosphatase Reagent on
TC Matrix, this method has been demonstrated to be linear from
5-1000IU/L
Accuracy: Comparison study was performed on TC Matrix from 40
samples. Beckman Coulter Alkaline Phosphatase reagent was used to
compare with Teco Alkaline Phosphatase Reagent. The results of this
study in yield a correlation coefficient of 0.99 with a regression
equation of y=0.99X 1.9.
Precision: Within Run precision for Alkaline Phosphatase Reagent Set
