The Diazyme Triglyceride assay uses 3 µL sample and takes less than 10 min, and has an excellent correlation with the reference method recommended by the CDC. The reagents are liquid stable with a shelf life of 12 months at 2°- 8°C. The on board stability is 1 month. The assay has a linear range of 0-11.3 mmol/L or 0-1000 mg/dL, and a total CV of 5.0.
