Gluten sensitive enteropathy (GSE), i.e. celiac disease (CD) and dermatitis herpetiformis
(DH), is a common clinically heterogenous gastrointestinal disorder with sensitivity to gluten,
and can exhibit with non-classic or minimal symptoms1. There is some genetic component
associated with GSE which is illustrated by showing, that approximately 5-10 of first
degree relatives have symptomatic or asymptomatic CD. Children with short stature and
patients with insulin dependent diabetes and other autoimmune disorders also demonstrate
