Indirect immunofluorescence antibody tests for the detection and semi-quantitation of ANCA in human serum. The kits contain 8x6 well ethanol fixed neutrophil substrate slides, p or c ANCA positive controls, a negative control, FITC conjugate, PBS, mounting medium, Evans blue counterstain and cover slips.
