Application Pre-poured agar plates (100mm) for the selection and propagation of Escherichia coli strains that are ampicillin resistant or that harbor plasmids conferring ampicillin resistance.
General description LB agar plates with 50μg/ml of ampicillin.
0.05 amp, 0.5 yeast, 1 sodium chloride, 1 tryptone, 1.5 agar, 95.95 water
10 plates per sleeve, 20-25ml per plate.
