Application Pre-poured agar plates (100mm) for the selection and propagation of Escherichia coli strains that are kanamycin resistant or that harbor plasmids conferring kanamycin resistance.
General description LB Agar plates with 50 μg/ml kanamycin.
0.05 kanamycin, 0.5 yeast, 1 sodium chloride, 1 tryptone, 1.5 agar, 95.9 water
10 plates per sleeve, 20-25ml per plate.
