Application Pre-poured agar plates (100mm) for the selection and propagation of Escherichia coli strains that are ampicillin resistant or that harbor plasmids conferring ampicillin resistance. Carbenicillin is an analog of ampicillin.
General description LB agar plates with 100μg/ml carbenicillin.
0.1 carbenicillin, 0.5 yeast extract, 1 sodium chloride, 1 tryptone, 1.5 agar, 95.9 water
10 plates per sleeve, 20-25 ml per plate.
