The ProteomeLab IgY-R7 Proteome Partitioning kits are specifically designed to remove seven
highly abundant proteins from rodent biological fluids such as serum and plasma. This provides an enriched pool of lower abundant proteins, free from interference by the abundant proteins, ready for discovery and validation of biomarkers, drug targets, and therapeutic proteins and antibodies.
Kits are available in both spin column and LC column formats, depending upon the desired capacity per cycle. The |
