This radioimmunoassay kit is suited for measuring IGFBP-3 in human serum, plasma, or other human biological fluids (e.g. follicular fluid, seminal plasma) for diagnostic and scientific purposes. Its diagnostic value for GH deficiency screening is based on the high sensitivity and specificity of serum IGFBP-3 as a test for this diagnosis.
